This Privacy Policy explains what information tuitioning collects and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Account information — your name (optional) and email address.
• Content you submit — essay/answer images, questions and topics you upload for evaluation.
• Usage & technical data — logs, device/IP address, and records of evaluations and payments, used for security, abuse-prevention and support.
• Payment data — handled by our third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation and a payment reference only; we do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, evaluate your submissions, process payments, provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the Service: our AI model provider (to process submissions), our payment provider (payments), our email provider (transactional emails such as password resets), and our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Retention & your rights

We keep your account and submissions while your account is active. You can edit your name, change your password, and permanently delete your account and its data from your profile page. For any data request, contact support@tuitioning.in.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
