These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tuitioning (the "Service"), operated by tuitioning ("we", "us"), available at tuitioning.in. By creating an account, making a payment, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

tuitioning provides AI-assisted educational tools, including automated evaluation of handwritten essays for WBCS (West Bengal Civil Service) Mains aspirants and study tools for teachers. All feedback, scores and analysis are generated by artificial intelligence and are indicative estimates for practice only. They are not official marks and do not represent, predict or guarantee any result in any examination. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC), WBBSE, WBCHSE or any government or examination body.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse or fraud.

3. Payments & wallet

Certain features are paid. Aspirant essay evaluation is charged per evaluation (currently ₹5 per essay) and funded by a prepaid wallet. You add balance to the wallet (minimum ₹10, in multiples of ₹5); the price of each evaluation is deducted from your balance. Wallet balance is prepaid credit usable only within the Service. Prices may change; changes apply to future purchases. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. 4. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only your own work or work you are entitled to submit, and not to upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it. Content you submit is data for evaluation only.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the essays, questions and images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the Service to you. You can delete your account and associated data from your profile.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as professional, academic or examination advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
